Longlands choir perform at the Trust’s ‘Big Sing’ event
To end summer 1 term, students from several schools in the Marches Academy Trust (Longlands Primary School, Tilstock CE Primary School, Lower Heath CE Primary School, The Grove School, The Marches School and Sir John Talbot’s School) came together at the Civic Centre in Whitchurch for our Trust’s first ‘Big Sing’ event.
It was a really great day, with pupils having chance to take part in lots of fun warm up sessions with the other schools. Our children then took to the stage for a solo performance of ‘Sing’ before joining together with the Trust schools for a final joint performance of ‘Rule the World’.
As a Trust we are already looking forward to the next Big Sing event! Check out some of the snippets from the day below:
