Whole school enjoy fun Science workshops
Before half term we welcomed Sue Hayward from Fun Science Shropshire into school to deliver some workshops to each of the classes. All of the children had really great fun as you can see from the photos showcased below. Each of the workshops was based around a particular theme:
Reception – Eruptions and explosions
Year 1 – The weather
Year 2 – Animals habitats
Year 3 – Magnets
Year 4 – Electricity
Year 5 – Mixtures and reactions
Year 6 – Microorganisms
These fantastic sessions were funded via a grant from The Royal Institute of Great Britain.
