Eco-Allotment and Social Farm Update
Our Eco-Allotment and Social Farm is going down a storm with our pupils and is providing them with a fantastic opportunity to develop their teamwork skills.
We are delighted to share news that Coir Products.co.uk have agreed to sponsor our chicken enclosure in our schools social farm. Their support will help us introduce new areas in our chicken area and will help our pupils to continue to learn. A big thank you also to ‘I Dig It & OVO Energy’ for sending us 25 garden bushes for our animal enclosures in the Social Farm, this is greatly appreciated.
Thank you to parent Mr Higginson for giving up his time last term to build us a new chicken enclosure in our Social Farm – it looks amazing! We have some more exciting projects happening in 2020 and look forward to updating you as they unfold!
