Excellence
We aim high and give our best.
Excellence means having high expectations of ourselves and believing that we can improve. We teach children that excellence does not mean everything has to be perfect. It means being ready to learn, practising, responding to feedback, learning from mistakes and taking pride in doing things well. Our staff have equally high expectations. Teaching is deliberately structured so that pupils build secure knowledge and skills over time, while assessment identifies misconceptions and helps teachers decide what pupils need next.
